We are still on a no-socializing inside or out lockdown here in our province. Yet despite that, our kids go back to in-school learning today so at least they get to socialize I guess. I may be going a little stir crazy now that Christmas Hallmark movie watching season is over. I need a new Netflix series to binge watch. Any suggestions? How are things going were you live?
Last week our favorite dinner went to the Pasta with Italian Sausage recipe. My picture isn’t too pretty and I almost didn’t post it but hey this is my life. I’m not a food blogger for a reason. Although I’m waiting on a new camera to come in that I got for Christmas so maybe that will help me out. We used gluten-free pasta in this recipe. I can’t remember the brand name but it really is yellow in color. And you definitely don’t want to make the same mistake I did and cook the pasta for too long. Yep it went a little mushy on me but even so it was still delicious. Oh and I did add salt and pepper to give it a wee bit more flavor.
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs with rice and broccoli
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Pork Roast
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with bread machine pizza dough and for me BLT Salad
Saturday: Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
